4. COUNCILLOR’S REPORT: Councillor Goldie has had a response from Mr Alan Ferguson as to why the entrance to the Waste Water Treatment Works has not been completed. This is because of some issues to be resolved between Scottish Water and the landowner. We hope for an early conclusion to this.

Councillor Goldie was informed about the large hole in the road adjacent to Fisherton School. Also about the signs for loose chippings etc still not been removed after resurfacing in August. There is a large pile of road spoil which has been left at the entrance to Waste Water Treatment Works which needs to be removed.

The problem of poor T V reception on digital was raised by Mr Storie and Councillor Goldie will look into this. Councillor Low had already stated she would try and find out the problem here and we will contact her.

5. LINK OFFICER’S REPORT: Mrs Petticrew has two bins available and Mr Findlay would be delighted to accept these for the park. Mrs Ward brought up the problem of dog fouling and was advised if anyone can give a day, time, etc this was taking place and contact the appropriate department they will try and apprehend the dog owners.

Asked for someone to look at fence at the entrance to Fisherton Avenue which is in a poor state of repair and fences off an open culvert.
